Notes

Adam’s Rib is a blend of chardonnay and viognier. On the nose it is slightly saline, with notes of apple, pear and stone fruit. On the pallet it is mouth-filling and textural with loverly juiciness with richness, finishing slightly nutty, lightly salty and fresh. A wine with generosity and texture.
