Made from Single-Vineyard, BD-Certified Estate Grown Chardonnay, this is an exercise in restraint, not power. Barrel fermented naturally for both primary and malolactic ferments, the Chardonnay sits on gross lees until the wine has found its shape. Bottled with no fining or filtration and rested in glass for an extended period prior to release. The wine is supple, long, structured and supremely elegant.
